My art studio is more than a place where I paint—it is a space where I explore emotions, imagination, and the mysterious connection between humans, animals, and the world around us.
When I create my equine art, I am not simply trying to capture the physical beauty of a horse. I want to capture its spirit, emotion, movement, and quiet presence. My studio becomes a place where colors, textures, light, and abstract forms come together to tell a story.
I often begin with an idea or a feeling rather than a precise image. As I paint, the work develops intuitively. Shapes and colors emerge, change, and sometimes surprise me. The horse gradually appears from the abstract surroundings, almost as if it is revealing itself from another world.
This process is deeply personal. I become absorbed in the painting, listening to what the colors and forms seem to be saying. Sometimes the studio is completely quiet; other times, music fills the space. Hours can pass without my noticing. For me, creating art is a journey of discovery—a conversation between my imagination, the painting, and my emotions.
Through my Mottled Horses series, I try to create more than a portrait. I want viewers to feel the horse's presence and sense the quiet strength, trust, freedom, and mystery within it.
Every painting carries a part of my experience in the studio. It is a place where the outside world becomes quiet, imagination takes over, and I can simply create.
