Lynn Thomas Memorial Scholarships

Women Artists of the West (WAOW) is pleased to offer two (2) $500 scholarships for the 2027 learning season. We are looking for two current WAOW members in good standing who are highly motivated to focus their studies at a professional, accredited art workshop, class, webinar or seminar that represents any art form that would be juried into the Women Artists of the West organization. The successful applicants will be seeking to improve or enhance their art making skills and/or art career. All submissions must be received by January 8, 2027.

  2. Tell us about your goals

    Have your Artist Statement, CV or résumé, and details of your proposed learning opportunity ready.

  3. Start now. Save your progress.

    Sign in, save your work, and return to finish. Choose “Submit for review” by the deadline.

Saving a draft does not submit your application. After your initial submission, corrections may continue beyond January 8 until coordinator approval locks the application. In WAOW Connect, choose Scholarships from your dashboard to access the scholarship portal.
