Kim Casebeer spent her childhood exploring the outdoors on her family farm and has a lengthy connection to the landscape.  She travels across the United States to paint en plein air, gathering color studies for studio work. Kim’s work often focuses on big skies and open spaces of the western United States.

Kim received Honorable Mention in the overall 2012-2013 PleinAir Magazine competition. She received an Award of Excellence in the 2014 Western Regional Oil Painters of America Show in Carmel, California.  Kim received the Ted Goerschner OPAM Memorial Impressionist Award of Excellence in the 2015 National Oil Painters of America Exhibition. Kim's plein air "Oxbow Light Triptych" received the Superintendent's Purchase Award in Plein Air for the Park July 2018, and is in the permanent collection of the Grand Teton National Park.

Karen Ann Hitt is an award-winning artist, classically trained at Parson’s School of Design in New York.  That classic background is ever evident in her style, along with her love of capturing the figure and the effects of light in all of her scenes. Her paintings are noted to accentuate the effects of light, adding to their luminosity.   Her landscapes and skyscapes reflect the essence of the landmark.

Katherine Irish made a conscious decision to contribute beauty to the world through art when she returned to New Mexico. The infinite variety of color and abstract patterns found in New Mexico skies offer a limitless source of inspiration. Cloud composition and colors are ephemeral. However, what is constant is that the beginning and end of each day is marked by the rising and setting of the sun. The beauty found in the skies inspires us.  Irish’s paintings are an effort to bring focused attention on our shared connection with the natural order.
