Judy Sprague
Since I retired from a Career in Education in 2002 I have focused on entering juried regional, national, and international art exhibitions and, to my joy, my art has been juried into over 100 exhibitions in the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Texas, Florida, Kansas, and North Carolina and in the Paint America Top 100 and the Paint America Top Mini 50 in the past 25 years and have earned over 69 awards.
Throughout these years I have served as an officer or on Boards of Directors of several art associations, both regionally and nationally. I am proud to have reached the status of Master Signature Member of the Pastel Society of Colorado and Signature Member of the Arizona Pastel Artists Association, and especially proud to be juried into the prestigious Women Artists of the West organization. I recently rejoined the Portrait Society of America, where I want to continue developing my interest and abilities in portraiture.
